Telmidrift-40 consists of the salt, Telmisartan. The medication is used to treat hypertension, heart attack or stroke. Telmisartan blocks the actions of angiotension II in the body, which narrow the blood vessels and causes high blood pressure. Telmisartan tablet relaxes the blood vessels and thus, lowers the high blood pressure. It is a highly effective medication.

The dosage and duration of Telmisartan tablet depends on your condition and your reaction to it. Stopping the consumption of the tablet on your own can increase the risk of heart attack.
