A combination of Torsemide & Spironolactone Tablet is used to treat oedema. To remove excess water and certain electrolytes the active ingredients act on various parts of the kidney while maintaining the potassium level in the body. Torsemide lowers the level of extra fluid in the body also known as oedema caused by various conditions like liver disease, heart failure, and kidney disease. This medication is also used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and prevents strokes, heart attacks, and problems related to Kidney. The medication acts as a water pill (diuretic) that increases urine levels and excrete excess water and salt from the body.
